Drake – Headlines

The first single from October’s Take Care LP. Produced by Boi-1da & Noah ’40′ Shebib of course. I’m going to let our resident Drake experts edit this post and interject their commentary, but I will volunteer that I was once a Drake fan-turned Drake hater and it would appear that I’m now again on his side. Marvin’s Room is such an inspired guilty pleasure (Shlohmo remix plz) and Trust Issues is the song you don’t want anyone to hear you singing to yourself as you’re walking through the grocery. I’m On One was another exciting foray into Drake’s continued obsession with H-Town. Drake’s recent output hasn’t been exceptional, but it’s good enough to keep me anticipating that new album.

The Wizard of Rap Genius has already transcribed the lyrics for “Headlines” and explained the track, including all our favorite Drake .gifs!
