Beck doin things. My favorite Scientologist went to work on “How Come You Never Go There” off lady Feist’s 2011 album, Metals. The two have teamed up in the past for a Beck’s Record Club recording of a Skip Spence cover and I just realized the Record Club site is no more, real life devastating circumstances. Anyways, the Feist original “How Come You Never Go There” was nice and clean but Beck really remixed it into something else with those horns, drums, and hand claps. I recommend the original for the morning and Beck’s for the late afternoon pick me up. Ideal pairing these two, let’s call them Feck or Beist, I like Feck.
