LCD Soundsystem – Shut Up And Play The Hits (Documentary Trailer)

On February 2nd, 2011 – LCD Soundsystem played their last ever show at a sold out Madison Square Garden. This documentary captures the band in their final moments leading up to the show and what life has been like for each member since. I’m excited to hear what they have to say about the experience. No release date for this film yet but there will be some screenings for Sundance.

Did anyone ever catch LCD live? I saw them for a little bit at Lollapalooza a few years ago before Daft Punk and was impressed with the show. Would’ve liked to see them one more time before the disbandment, but I’m willing to bet they will play a “reunion” show at a festy within the next ten years.

    they played at little ole’ Hamilton College in november 2010, on their last leg of the final tour. It was mind blowingly awesome. He knows how to fucking rock it.
