With the imminent release of Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind, and Naked — The debut manifesto by one-half of the “coke rap” duo Clipse — Malice finds himself in a position of great change in his life. And while his partner in crime, Pusha T, has found new life elsewhere by linking up with Kanye West and his G.O.O.D. Music imprint, Malice’s rebirth lies in more otherworldly circumstances. Newfound spirituality is the topic of discussion throughout Malice’s book (in stores now), which is certainly respectable, if anything, but for a career-long fan like myself, what does this sudden epiphany mean for the future of Clipse?
