Fresh off a Grammy performance where he lit up the stage with first single, “Suit & Tie,” and “Pusher Love Girl,” Justin Timberlake gives his fans yet another surprise by dropping a new album track. Titled “Mirrors,” the song was produced by none other than Timbaland.
On the track, which could easily be about his new bride, Timberlake sings about finding his perfect compliment. Although the track’s beat is reminiscent of his old hit, “Cry Me A River,” the subject matter is anything but vengeful. JT speaks about not wanting to lose the other half of himself, and the importance of having someone “looking back at him.”
Give the 8-minute midtempo a listen below.
