My Morning Jacket (my FAVORITE band) finally released the title track “Circuital” off their album that is coming out at the end of May. I heard them play it this past summer and I’ve been waiting since the concert to hear the official version. The song is taking things back to the group’s earlier style and away from the funky sound of their most recent album. The lyrics are super good; I had to look them up because sometimes Jim James’ voice is hard for me to understand when he hits certain notes. If you like this band’s music you should definitely see them live and lucky for everyone they’re touring and performing at a few festivals this summer.
