UK’s Suzuki/Method is a band making some electronic rock. Made up of brothers and founders Adam and Glen Leishman, Michael Mathews, David Boyd and Ben Hounslow, they create a sonic landscape where rock and electronic dance co-exist. Citing influences from The Smiths to Daft Punk, their sound is a slice of genre-bending rock with the result being the sleek rock jam “Be Cruel Be Kind.” It reminds me most of the alt rock I listened back in high school circa The Bravery — which is never a bad thing to be reminded of.
Listen below and look out for the Native EP out October 2oth via A1(M) Records.
