A good ass question is one that will have you rushing to Google, second guessing yourself and shooting down someone else’s DAA—Dumb Ass Answer. How old is Morgan Freeman? That’s a good ass question. Does God really exist? Another good ass question. What the fuck is juice? All of those are good ass questions.
But today’s GAQ is a lot more difficult. I still don’t have an answer to today’s good ass question, which is simply; who is the second best white rapper of all-time?
Bad Meets Evil – Hell: The Sequel (EP) by Interscope Records
As of this date, there are more Eminem albums that I dislike than like. And there really aren’t any Royce Da 5’9 albums I like. I mean, Death is Certain was okay, I guess. But, for one rapper that I consider past his prime and another that never really reached his in the first place to team up is something that I honestly had no desire to hear. So, Hell: The Sequel comes as somewhat of a surprise, because I like it more than anything that Em or Royce have put out in the last seven years. Beware, though, that isn’t saying much.
Noah Callahan-Bever shared with COMPLEX & the world earlier today a story of being trapped in a New York elevator with Slim Shady and Royce 5’9 back in 1998. Then a 19 year old writing for a publication called Blaze, Noah would become the Editor-In-Chief of COMPLEX who is now homeys with Kanye West & everyone else notable in hip hop today.

Bad Meets Evil 2 in stores tomorrow
This video is nuts! I was hoping from the single that Royce would bring the raw hip hop out of Eminem, but then I saw Bruno Mars on the tracklist and completely lost interest. Hell: The Sequel June 14th. It’s already leaked, but I haven’t bothered to check it out.
What’s the internet consensus?
What up, world this Sway. Eminem & Royce 5’9 sat with MTV’s Sway and when Odd Future came up Marshall had this to say:
“I think that from the stuff that I’ve heard — I haven’t heard a lot from them, I still have to go check out everything that they’re doing — but I’ve heard enough to know that it feels like they’re pushing boundaries and buttons, and that’s definitely one of the things that I’m familiar with, especially when I first came out.I love it. I love the fact that they’re doing that. And the dudes can rhyme.”
Obviously OFWGKTA has garnered many comparisons to Eminem (before he sold out) – especially Earl Sweatshirt. It’s cool to see Dre rach out to Kendrick Lamar & now Eminem acknowledge Odd Future. Would be cool to see a collaboration between the two hip hop factions

This crazy lyrical exercise was co-produced by Eminem & Supa Dups. It’s the first release from Royce & Marshall’s upcoming Bad Meets Evil EP out June 14th. I knew Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf coming to Shady Records would make Eminem step his bars up.
