Check out this clip of The Civil Wars playing their only in-store performance of the mostly sold-out tour at LUNA Music in Broad Ripple, Indiana. They take simplicity to a whole ‘nother level, using just one guitar and their beautiful voices to gain national attention with perfect harmonizations and modest style. Seriously, don’t sleep on The Civil Wars. They give me hope for this ever crumbling music industry, and have found themselves on notable magazines for having one of the top albums of 2011 – including Paste and NPR! Plus, we can all agree that Joy Williams is a 10/10.
