Video: V.E.E.N. – “Thyreoalis”

A dose of synth pop ala’ MGMT, Scissor Sisters courtesy of British Electronic act V.E.E.N. is just what you need to start the work day. It’s an uptempo psychedelic number with a head bobbing verse that explodes into a wonderful wailing chorus that just sounds so FULL.
The video follows a tribe of nude jungle dwellers led by a bearded spritiual leader with all (other) manner of weird imagery including hints to a were-wolf esque transformation complete with stretched limbs and sudden muscle spasms.
It makes no sense, but it’s a compelling watch.
